Maruti Suzuki has reduced car prices across its Arena and Nexa portfolios following the GST 2.0 restructuring in India
Maruti Suzuki has introduced a major price revision across its passenger vehicle portfolio following the implementation of GST 2.0. The country’s largest carmaker has not only trimmed sticker prices but is also offering additional limited period benefits – especially for two-wheeler owners planning to upgrade to four-wheelers. It is expected to boost demand during the festive season which traditionally sees positive buying sentiment.
The recently launched Maruti Suzuki Victoris which has been positioned between the Brezza and the Grand Vitara in the brand’s domestic lineup carries introductory starting price of Rs. 10.49 lakh and it goes all the way up to Rs. 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It can be had with either a 1.5L mild hybrid petrol or a 1.5L strong hybrid petrol engine.
The revised pricing covers hatchbacks, sedans, MPVs, vans and SUVs with reductions going up to Rs. 1.29 lakh in select entry-level models. The drops could prove decisive for budget-conscious buyers – especially first-time car owners considering small hatchbacks like the Alto K10, S-Presso and Celerio.
